From building businesses
to building leaders
At P1 Strategies, we don’t just talk about leadership, we create the space where it’s tested, refined and transformed.

Possibility
I’m not a guru. I’m not a coach. I’m not a therapist.
I’m not here to tell you how I scaled three companies to eight figures, hustled 24/7 and maintained an unrealistic schedule with no time for friends, family or fun.
And I’m not here to pretend life has been easy. I’ve experienced profound loss, served as a full-time caregiver and navigated hard seasons that tested everything I thought I knew. I learned that being a leader doesn’t exempt you from being human.
Here’s what I will tell you:
We’re all human. We’re more than our titles, resumes or what we’ve built. We don’t have to be defined by the pain and obstacles we encounter along the way.
Each of us has incredible potential. We’re the architects of our lives, and we find real satisfaction when we operate from our actual strengths, not someone else’s playbook.
Perspective
I’ve spent the last 20 years building businesses, leading teams, learning and growing. I’ve seen what works. I’ve seen what doesn’t.
These experiences have shaped how I understand elite leadership and why I believe in it.
These peer groups exist because I’m deeply passionate about leadership, personal development and human potential.
Wondering what it takes to lead at the highest level without sacrificing everything else?
It’s possible. That’s what this table is built to explore.

Purpose
As a leader, you own the successes and the failures. You also shape the culture, set the tone and control your destiny.
Anyone can be placed in a position of leadership. Becoming an elite leader takes honesty, openness, curiosity and courage.
I help high-performing leaders maximize their potential. That means giving you a seat at the table where you can be real about what’s hard, challenged on your blind spots and walk away with real clarity.
That’s why this table exists. And it’s what we build here.
Process
I’ve designed and led leadership programs, intensives and peer groups. Along the way, I developed a framework called The Seven Elements of Elite Leadership—a holistic model integrating strategy, mindset, emotional intelligence and sustainable practices.
That’s the compass we follow. But the real magic is in the room.
I create the environment for authenticity. I hold space. I ask the right questions. I push gently and stand firmly.
This table has structure. Expectations are clear. The ethos is kindness, empathy and mutual respect. And we make room for gratitude, joy and laughter.
We take the work seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously.
You and your cohort shape the norms, the direction and the depth of the experience.
Everyone gives.
Everyone grows.
